Not Just Training: How Thunder Bay Turned a Community Event into Qualified Candidates

Thunder Bay Police Service (Thunder Bay, Canada), facing ongoing staffing shortages, set up a recruitment booth at a busy local market. Two experienced communications operators staffed the booth with a secret weapon: They logged into the ThisGen 911 training platform and invited visitors to "test drive" the job.
