The best 911 simulator just got better.
Dispatch radio. Train together in shared sessions. Pause, steer, listen in, or take over as a trainer. Work CAD, records, units, maps, and the command line. And talk to callers that sound more human than ever.
Radio dispatch. Multiplayer training. Live trainer controls.
Take calls, work CAD, and dispatch units—on your own or with your team in a shared session. Trainers can pause, steer the scenario, listen in, escalate, or take over a call.

The new simulator in action
Calls, radio, shared sessions, trainer controls, and the full console.
Call taker. Dispatcher. Or both.
Choose the trainee's role before the session: take calls, dispatch radio, or do both.
Pause it. Steer it. Escalate it.
Pause the entire session. Change what happens next. Listen in without interrupting. Take over a call when you want to demonstrate. Then resume from where you left off.
Click any control. The session on the right reacts the way the real one does.
- 01
Pause and debrief
Freeze the caller, units, and timers. Coach the trainee, then resume exactly where you stopped.
- 02
See what's happening
The trainer feed shows what just happened and what the trainee may need to handle next.
- 03
Take over the call
Pick up the simulated call yourself, demonstrate the technique, then hand it back.
Put them on hold. Call them back.
Put a caller on hold while you answer another line. Callers have different patience levels and may hang up. Call them back and the same caller resumes with the same context. Held lines can be picked up by another seat in the session.
- ✓Variable hold times. Callers may hang up.
- ✓Call back any ended line and reach the same caller.
- ✓Held lines are shared across seats.
- ✓Dial the wrong number and someone else may answer.

CAD. Radio. Records. Units. Maps.
Work CAD in your center's syntax. Assign and track units. Run records queries. Switch radio channels. Follow units on a live map. Pop tools onto a second screen when you want more room.
Waiting for a query. Units ask for plates and people over the air; you run them.- Channel quiet.
- CAD
Command line
Enter commands using your center's CAD syntax.
- Units
Assign units
Drag units onto incidents and track their status.
- Records
Run plates & people
Run records queries and get simulated returns.
- Radio · map
Channels & map
Switch and monitor radio channels while units move across the map.
Train the trainers, too.
CTOs have to learn when to let a trainee work and when to step in. Now they can practice that judgment in the simulator before a real call is on the line.
- AlvarezL1 · MVC w/ injuries“Okay, is anyone trapped in the vehicle?”
- OkaforL2 · cardiac arrest“Is he breathing? Look at his chest.”
- ChenRadio · 3 units active“4A12 copy, second unit enroute.”
There is no wrong button. The point is practicing the judgment of when, on a sim, before a live floor decides it for you.
- 01
Practice the CTO role
Work alongside a trainee in the simulator. They practice handling the incident; you practice observing their work and coaching them.
- 02
Practice stepping in
Listen in, coach over the shoulder, or take over the call. Practice choosing when, and how, to intervene.
- 03
Straight into the DOR
Turn observations from the session into the trainee's daily observation report.
Callers pause. Interrupt. Cough. Ramble.
Callers now behave differently under stress. They stumble, mishear questions, interrupt, cough, talk to people in the room, get distracted, and recover differently. Call them back and you get the same person again.
- ✓Different stress, compliance, and recovery patterns by caller
- ✓Coughs, breaths, sneezes, and other non-speech audio
- ✓Interruptions, asides, and other voices in the room
- ✓Persistent callers across hold and callback
